How to get the best deal on manga

What I do, at least.

Unfortunately, perhaps I haven't looked around hard enough, but I have yet to find a place that offers manga for less than suggested retail. Even Amazon. So what I do is search the FatWallet forums for a Borders coupon. When there's a valid one, I print out a few and use them on manga. Haven't done this in a while (since Rurouni Kenshin finished its run), so not sure how effective it is anymore.
