I rented an apartment from this group and have been happy with the arrangement so far. We go in April so I haven't seen the apartments first hand yet, but they sound great. Lots of pictures of each apartment on their site.

I was in Paris this July and rented an Apt on Blvd St Germain from Paris Sleeps. Great location, right around the corner from Musée d'Orsay, a block from the river, and across the street from a metro station. Highly recommended. I booked via a gentleman named Lloyd Poe here in California, and in Paris we were met at the apartment by Gail Burns.

Can highly recommend them for locations, availability, and for cost.
