We had great experience with California Window and Fireplace in San Jose - (408) 379-9930. They installed all our double pane windows and a sliding glass door. We managed to pick the worst possible time for installation - last February when that really bad storm hit. They did an amazing job of getting everything in on time with no leaks, water damage or mess to my home. They were also cheaper than most of the places we looked at, and I believe some of our other friends used them too.

I would strongly recommend AGAINST Aspen Door & Window in Mountain View. They just did a poor job installing our French doors. Good luck!
Would recommend against Viewmaster. I like windows a lot - they are awesome, but the installers didn't install well: they leak and some screens not cut correctly.
