When you make a big purchase, it kind of owns you, in a way, and you don’t want to lose it. Which is why in the past I’ve been hesitant to make big purchases. I’m just hypersensitive to it. Anyway, yeah, I could probably buy a house and sell it later. But that’s harder to do psychologically. When you buy a house, you kind of want to keep it.
