Danny ChaiI talked to my mom today and she told me about the flooding in Houston. Some areas got 32 inches of rain in 12 hours. In comparison, since July 1, 2000, San Jose has received 13.54 inches of rain. My brother in law apparently went out to check his car after and found a fish on top of it.
