Danny ChaiJhin’s favorite tofu place is Tofu House (as is mine). He says that it’s better than in Korea, the reason being, in Korea, tofu is cheap. So it’s treated as cheap, and no place really specializes in tofu or prepares it really nicely. It’s just cheap and quick. I thought that was interesting.
