Privacy vs. Cleanliness

There is one bathroom on my floor at work, and two toilets in the bathroom. One is more private, meaning, the orientation is such that fewer people catch glimpses through the cracks. However, the less private toilet tends to be more clean. So which is more important? Privacy or cleanliness?

I used to choose the more private one all the time. But recently, I’ve been consistently choosing the more clean one. I don’t know why.
