Danny ChaiMy favorite salad is a spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese, caramelized onions, and walnuts. Pretty much exactly like they make it at Pasta?. It’s also nice to have some kind of fruit in it, like mandarin oranges, or Ohms once made a similar salad with strawberries. Good stuff.
