This all changes with Volume 7 of the series, which supposedly releases today, at which point he goes to 30% of his potential, and supposedly at Episode 50 (that would be like Volume 12) it gets incredible, at which point Keith estimates he’s at 80% of his potential. 100% happens at around episode 80+.
