In Doyle Brunson’s poker book, he gives the advice that you need to be willing to play poker games you’re not so good at in order to get action in the games you are good at. Good advice, and I apply that to normal games at well. I’m perfectly willing to play games I suck at, like Boggle, Scrabble, and Pictionary. Unfortunately, there’s no quid pro quo. No one will play Trivial Pursuit (my favorite game) with me. I haven’t played a complete game in a full year. Sucks.
Anyway, if you feel like a game of TP, give me a call.
